Jeff Ruby’s Cincinnati

Cincinnati’s own Jeff Ruby knows how to create a Steak House! Well-known throughout the region for creating local mainstays that include The Precinct and Carlo & Johnny’s, it’s his namesake restaurant that has always been his flagship in Cincinnati, attracting visiting celebrities and athletes from all over the world.

Mr. Ruby’s replacement restaurant, situated right on Fountain Square, is simply bigger, better and MORE Ruby-esque than its predecessor. The seating of this latest project gives customers a familiar ambiance, but reinvents it with a fresh, new elegance.

Orange Chair has had the privilege of working with Jeff Ruby Culinary for many years – modifying, updating, and creating entire seat-scapes for his many locations. The Fountain Square space represents our second “new-build” for the restaurant group with more in the pipeline. We are proud to be able to be a part of this beloved Cincinnati institution.
